Hey guys!

I managed to attend one of my beautiful friends engagement parties on Friday, I feel so lucky that I was able to be there but I was and I still am totally wracked with guilt.

Its taken me a few days to recover, but my super talented friend, Alex (www.aeartistry.net) gave me an amazing face and hid all signs of illness.

I am off to Melbourne on Wednesday with a lot of things on my plate so keep your fingers crossed for me (especially for my appt with the pain specialist!)

One of my wonderful friends, Jamie wrote the attached recently and it resonated deeply with me and I am sure a lot of my readers will feel the same.

She is one of the toughest women I know and I think more people need to read this and try and understand what it is like to walk a day in our shoes.

I love you Jamie and I will forever admire your strength and cherish our chats.
